Mr Femi Adebayo is the founder MD/CEO FTI groups, including a microcredit company and an Assets management company. Before then He was the MD/CEO of Fast Credit Limited. His mission in microcredit space is to close some of the gaps identified, thereby helping to improve the general welfare of Nigerians, that are hitherto denied credit within the conventional financial sector space.

He was at some time the Regional Manager for Lagos Mainland and the South West of Standard Chartered Bank. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with over 25 years of post-qualification experience. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. He also holds an MBA from the University of Lagos.
