Soji Awogbade was called to the Nigerian Bar a little over 46 years ago. He has practised at senior levels of the profession devoting himself to cutting-edge skills development in energy, environment infrastructure and international trade law and policy.

He is a Fellow of the Energy Institute and was nominated Big Wig of the Nigerian Bar a few years ago. He has held leadership positions in many sectors of the economy, especially in formulating new framework regulations. He sits on the board of several companies. He is a member of the Anglican Communion. An avid golfer. He is married and blessed with children and grandchildren.
